Three-way stadium speaker system for long-distance sound transmission. Equipped with two 15″ woofers, two 10″ midrange drivers and two 4″ titanium dome compression tweeters with voice coils. Bi-amp capable. In HVL 15-P1The latest generation of precision RCF speakers with neodymium magnets are used. The system delivers a maximum SPL of 145dB (in bi-amp mode) delivering 1000W RMS in the bass section and 900W RMS in the midrange and treble. Crossover and equalization between the midrange and tweeters is supported by a built-in passive filter. The opening angle is 60° x 30° (D x V). The connectors are made in the form of a terminal block, durable and resistant to weathering. Made from Baltic birch plywood body painted with waterproof polyurethane paint. The grille is made of heavy-duty powder-coated steel with a water-repellent fabric backing. In the case of this model, there is a bevel at the back for installing the cabinet under the balconies.
THROWS SOUND OVER LONG DISTANCES
Designed for sounding large structures, the HVL series loudspeakers are able to provide truly high-quality sound in arenas and stadiums. The series includes point sources and loudspeakers for assembly in clusters, as well as subwoofers. HVL loudspeakers are designed based on in-house components: drivers, horns and waveguides. The cabinet design with coplanar woofers and horns provides a symmetrical sound field that allows you to create serious sound pressure in stadiums while maintaining sound intelligibility and uniformity of coverage.
PRECISION SPEAKERS
RCF has vast experience in the design and manufacture of loudspeakers. The company has been doing this since the 1960s. Therefore, RCF loudspeakers have a competitive advantage: R&D engineers can select a driver from the wide range of RCFs produced, modify it for the needs of a particular speaker, and, if necessary, develop a new one.
Emitters HVL 15-L:
– two 15″ woofers, 3.5″ voice coil with internal and external winding, double centering washer, hyperventilation, neodymium magnet.
– Two 10″ midrange drivers, 3″ voice coil, one-piece cone design for improved speaker performance.
– two 4″ titanium dome neodymium compression drivers, specially designed waveguide, copper inductor.
4-WAY WAVEGUIDE
Specially designed for the HVL series, the 4-way waveguide provides an accurate radiation pattern and provides a linear wavefront in the HF region.
PROFITABLE INVESTMENT
Using the HVL range reduces the commissioning time of any large facility and lowers the installation budget. The compact size of loudspeakers compared to the developed SPL, various polar pattern options, and the ability to assemble into clusters make these systems a profitable investment for stadiums. By using HVL, you can achieve uniform quality coverage with fewer speakers and therefore fewer amplifiers. Installation costs will also be reduced. HVL cabinets are designed for outdoor installation. They are made of Baltic birch plywood and protected with a special polyurethane coating. The connectors are made in the form of a weather-resistant terminal block. The protective grille is made of heavy-duty powder-coated steel with a water-repellent fabric backing behind it.
DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONS
The HVL range was custom-made by an integrator from the USA, who did not fit the standard loudspeakers from the RCF catalog to solve the stadium sound problem . R&D engineers quickly developed and the factory produced loudspeakers with the characteristics that the customer needed. The result was so good that RCF decided to offer the HVL range to their other partners and users. These models are custom: the company does not keep a stock of them and the production time is slightly longer than the standard one.
