The MM-80 is fitted with a MU-80 capsule module. The exterior multi-layer metal grille protects the capsule to prevent impact pop noise. MM-80 requires external 12 – 48 V DC phantom power to achieve accurate sensitivity. It provides superb directionality and feedback suppression for a bright and detailed sound quality while their proprietary capsule suspension design eliminates vibrations and touch noises for a true natural sound reproduction. It is ideal for vocal, stage, broadcast, studio and music hall applications.
