The owner of the online store Gearstation.eu (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ Gearstation (registry code 14946258) located at 132/3 Valdeku tn, Tallinn, 11216.
Validity of sales contract, product and price information
Terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products without VAT. VAT and delivery charges will be added to the price.
Delivery charges depend on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.
The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when ordering.
Information about the item is provided in the Online Store right next to the item.
To order items, you must add the desired products to the cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee will then be displayed. The currency EURO (€) is used to pay in the Gearstation online store. Gearstation OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, Gearstation OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS . Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Goods are shipped to all countries of the European Union.
In order to receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: the goods are delivered to the buyer using third-party transport service providers. If desired, the buyer can pick up the goods at Gearstation himself: on working days from 10:00 to 18:00, except. public holidays, at Valdeku tn 132/3 Tallinn, Estonia).
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 10 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 30 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted in the form here and sent to info@ gearstation. eu no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever comes first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest normal delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and claim back the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to Claim
The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. unless, during the first six months after delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.

The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal information
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal information to transport companies in order to deliver the goods.
The online store will only send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
Buyers may opt out of email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

It is free to review a buyer’s complaint with the Commission.
